About Us

Building Pro Inspections (formerly know as InspectionPro) is owned by licensed Kelowna home inspector Bob Hamm. Bob built on his knowledge of home construction by taking the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program, regarded as the premier home inspection education system in North America. This was followed by further training to meet the standards of the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC).

Bob is an Accredited Home Inspector, a member in good standing with HIABC, is fully insured, and is licensed by Consumer Protection BC (license #57225). HIABC requires mandatory continuing education credits in order to retain membership.
