From the owners mouth I'm the owner of Dannburg.  I understand that we have replaced a section of your floor due to heat exposure.   It's unfortunate that in certain circumstances vinyl floors will have heat exposure that is beyond their capability of maintaining dimensional stability.  After we came and replaced that section of flooring you were advised to take precautions to avoid the problem from recurring, such as placing a mat there or leaving the window coverings closed to prevent direct sun exposure.  I appreciate that these measures may seem inconvenient, but this is what was recommended by the supplier and therefore is required to be followed.  Unfortunately, because these precautions were not taken Dannburg will no longer be participating in warranty work regarding this specific concern.  If you would like a second opinion, I would suggest you contact a licensed independent flooring inspector.
