I just moved here from Burnaby a month ago. I went to Orchard Park had my nails done and the worst place ever. My husband found this place for me and wow what an amazing job. Linda did my nails and Peter my toe nails. What a wonderful team so welcoming. It's so nice to go to a place and know your not being talked about. I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to their new place.

Linda did my nails today, and she did an outstanding job. Quick, efficient, with top quality workmanship It is a bit more in price, but worth the money. My nails are beautiful!

I was a loyal customer for two years and have watched the slow decline of the customer service at the Kelowna location. They (Peter) has no respect for your time and they are consistently running behind-never apologizing or even acknowledging it. Linda is lovely and does a great job but their pedicures are average. If you have time to waste-make an appt. at Exotic Nails.

Wow !!! I’m so impressed with every set of nails !! I get complemented every day all day by Linda’s work ! She always fits me in even last minute. All of the staff at Exotic Nails are over-the-top and willing to help anybody no matter the circumstances! I give Linda Peter and Hannah the 12 stars of Kelowna‘s nails ! My girlfriend has been going to this nail and spa shop religiously for 10+ years. I always admired her nails and now I know why people are admiring mine??

Went and had mani/pedi and eye brows done..havent treated myself inyears but OH SO GLAD I did, awesome experience and will for sure go back and will highly recommend this place

Had tried out a new nail place today and I am so happy with how they turned out, I’ve been to many places and always have something to nitpick about.
Julia did my set of solar nails and they turned out beautiful, I didn’t have an easy design to come in with either, Definitely recommend Exotic Nails !

I was talked into shellac nails rather than the gels. Helen said they would last. Well they did not even last a week. I went in to get them fixed and she argued with me. She had made one hand of nails shorter than the other and all were different shape, even my husband noticed. She wanted to charge me more to fix with the gel. The other girl there fixed them and some are still shorter, but for now they look okay. The shellac broke and peeled off within 4 days. I was nice about it but told them they should never argue with a customer, just listen and fix the problem. Being in the cosmetology business myself, you always listen and satisfy the customer.

My experience was terrible. The nails i got done are terrible and the pedicure even worse, it took FOREVER and the manager was not very nice. Waste of time and money as i have to go get another pediure and set of nails now.

Julia did an amazing job with a pink fade into white! Very friendly and showed me the results throughout the process to make sure i liked it!

I frequently visit this salon with pleasant results however I visited yesterday and covid protocols were not taken seriously, with way over the allowed amount of people in the salon. With that being said, the nail tech was rushing through the pedicure and I had to ask for another coat of nail polish as it looked in complete. Yesterday did not feel safe and It was not relaxing nor satisfying. There was also a lady waiting to get her nails done without a mask, which was unacceptable.

I come to town 4 or 5 times a year and always make a point of stopping in to get a pedicure. Great service, friendly staff and I'm always pleased with the way my feet feel when I leave.
