We got in touch with Curt via the internet. He provided a detailed and professional quote and took time to explain everything and to answer all our question. During the renovation, which took three weeks in March/April 2017, we were never involved in any trade internal coordination questions. He would approach us for design decisions and maybe a suggestion about a different approach. His trades people work hand in hand, diligently from morning till afternoon. All in all it was one of the best experience we ever had and a joy to work with him and to have this beautiful new bathroom. I had a kitchen with an eating area and a small family room. I had a typical living room and never used dinning room on the opposite side of the wall of the wall of kitchen cupboards. Curt ideas of replacing the small breakfast table and chairs beside the small centre island of the Kitchen with two lazyboy wing backs and small low side table for bouquets of flowers and coffee coasters for our guests to talk to us while we were cooking made the kitchen cozy. Then he had us add just a dash of quartz on the island with a new overhang with three saddle type comfy stools, and take the dinning room suite from the living room and put that in the family room to make a HUGE kitchen without moving any walls and making the kitchen feed a larger group of people together - Better family values and the grandparents can sit in the comfy wingback chairs and have an extra coffee while we clean up the dinner dishes. PLUS Dad got to have his 60 inch TV in the Living room because we could now take over the whole open area as a media Room as we could sit back in our new Lazyboy couch far away from the 60 inch screen! With new light fixtures, paint, one 60 inch island in quartz which was a match to our L shaped kitchen cupboards, New 2.5 inch slat blinds we brought our 1998 home into the future for very little money! Thanks Curt. And Curt, that new roof you arranged on our house..... Neighbours are still talking about the great price I got from you and the great work done on the roof in record time! Thanks again.................with the new bathroom sinks, taps and high sitting toilets, all is good again in those rooms!
