Women's Hockey Leagues

The OIC has worked hard with their female hockey coach, Evan Rodger, who also holds a Bachelor of Education, to develop a program for adult women's hockey that is structured for both the beginner and intermediate female hockey player.  This program has introduced many women from Kelowna to the fundamentals of hockey. Evan effectively explains the drills and helps the ladies understand the mechanics and they "why" behind each drill.  The session builds on the basics and progresses to more challenging drills at the pace of the participant.  It is followed up with a fun scrimmage filled with laughter and smiles.
