I had never been to Robertson's store until last week. I was looking for a good comfortable pair of boots to go walking & hiking in the winter. Helen, the sales clerk was so knowledgeable & friendly helping me try on several different kinds & brands of boots to get the right fit & comfort. She went above & beyond giving excellent customer service & advise. Thank you . Ps. The boots are perfect & I have walked 4 out of 4 days so far in them. No pain or blisters.
