Literally translated to “White Peony”, Pai Mu Tan is traditionally the top two leaves and buds from the Camellia Sinensis (tea) plant- making it rare and loaded with antioxidants.  Mild and pleasant tasting with a pale liquor, this tea has less caffeine than a regular green tea.
