Flowery Pekoe from Ceylon. A full body with fruity notes. Liquor is bright. Decaffeinated by the CO2 process. To remove the caffeine, no chemical is used, but instead the tea is briefly soaked in pure water and then flushed gently with CO2. Because caffeine is water soluable, the caffeine binds with the CO2 and is extracted from the tea, leaving behind the antioxidants, proteins and polyphenols which give the tea its flavour and health benefits.  The perfect medium strength cup.
