Coarse, brown-black leaf with a light brown infusion.  Smooth, slightly "baked" taste, does not become bitter.
Semi-fermented tea from northeast Taiwan. The island is also popularly known by its former name, Formosa, a designation given by Portuguese sailors (after "Ilha Formosa", Portuguese for "beautiful island").
Certified clean EU.
Brew 1 tsp per mug for 2-4 minutes at 100°C.
