Sugar Shack Smoky Maple

In old Quebec, the ‘sugar shack’ was the focal point of family farms and housed all the equipment necessary for the production of maple syrup.  The sap would be boiled and reduced over open fires.  Subsequently, the most common aromas were maple and smoke.

Deliciously sweet with toasty notes.
