This tea from Kenya, with its short, finely processed leaf, resembles a China Keemun. It develops its full flavour in the infusion, revealing a caramelly sweetness, subtle hints of chocolate and slightly woody notes. A harmonious, balanced tea that is an excellent all-rounder.
