My first visit to the store was earlier this year and I bought my fav bra. I stopped yesterday for the sale and purchased a swim bottom and a nightie, I was delighted with the prices and as always the quality of the items. As I left it was a "start the car" moment!

Best of all though is the excellent service from staff - yesterday Amy Jo and previously Lita. Both were extremely attentive and helpful both on the floor and checking you have what you need in the change room. This store is a find in West Kelowna!

Florenda Pickett & Angela O’Brien what a great business women Mother and daughter working together. This place Esteem Lingerie cares about Breast Cancer like I have been involved with for13 years as of 2002. Show my support of Esteem lingerie on my refrigerator with a magnet Esteem Lingerie sent me to put with other Breast Cancer magnets plus allowed to put up the picture of there front window of store decorated to show support for breast cancer in October and pictures show support. Esteem Lingerie care so much about Breast Cancer they were the first to be involved and bring Bra Day Breast Reconstruction Day to Kelowna to help other women with there knowledge in bras. Have stopped into Esteem Lingerie and dropped off Christmas card for the staff and got to me Florenda Pickett what a great smile she has and a great person she is. Esteem Lingerie small business owners give back to the community and work hard it’s gone un noticed with awards they have received. Really good information Florenda and Angela give out for free on YouTube on bras witch is awesome and I tell other women to check out.Esteem Lingerie staff is all certified Bra experts that is something you do not find in most Lingerie stores witch is great you getting a good bra plus come out learn from the expert staff at Esteem Lingerie.Thank you Florenda & Angela and Staff at Esteem Lingerie for all you do for Breast Cancer and Women and being so good to me.

Cory was absolutely amazing. I stopped in the day before my breast augmentation and she sized me for my post op bra. She nailed it. I would have really been lost without her. The bra is perfectly fitted to me, I’m on day 4 recovery and everything she told me was spot on. Not only do they have an amazing selection, and beautiful store, the advice was very helpful. Highly recommend for not only postop but everyday. Will be back to be sized soon. Thanks ladies!

Simply the Best. I visited looking for post mastectomy bras. I couldn't have been more satisfied. The Service provided by Florenda was outstanding. She took time to ensure that each and every bra I tried on was perfect for me. And there was a lot we tried. Thank you so much.

Esteem Lingerie is one of the local businesses that I absolutely cherish. Their expertise is second to none. When my daughter needed her first bra I knew there was no other place to take her. The staff fitted her with such kindness and made her feel absolutely comfortable with the new experience. Now it's our go to store for all our lingerie. Huge benefits are their repair service which has saved us so much money. More impressive is the way they give back to the community. Every time we come in we come out feeling great about ourselves. I love this store, had my first visit 10 years ago, needed a new “Wonder Bra” the Sears brand wasn’t doing it at 55 years of age. Florenda is my long-standing friend for making my well endowed torso stylish and most importantly comfortable. I was fitted with the Enell sports bra and have two in every color, love this store and the exceptional service from Florenda and Angela. The new store has ample parking and much more inventory in their expanded space

Just last week I made a trip into Esteem to see if the hooks on my favourite bras could be repaired! I have never had a bra last so long and held my "girls" where they belong. The 2 bras I brought in I have been wearing for nearly 6 years! I hand washed or put into a delicates bag on the gentle cycle, they have been great bras! I never think twice paying for quality that will last that long! I even bought myself 2 new ones on that visit! I look at it this way, yes the upfront dollar value of them seems high, but I have not bought any other bras in 6 years!! Such a great shop and love how the staff knows just which one is right for every customer!

Wow, these ladies are awesome! I dislike bra shopping PERIOD! I love coming here because I can just ask to go into the changing room and voila I am measured and fitted perfectly, bras are selected by the professional/qualified owners of the store and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the lingerie is superb. Highly recommend your next purchase be here. Oh by way they also are certified post surgical fitters.

I was recently fitted for a post-mastectomy prosthesis and bra and could not be happier. Not only does it look 100% natural but when I’m wearing it, it feels as if I have two normal breasts. I later learned that I was the first woman that Florenda had fit. If this is how well she does after one try, then every woman needs to see her for their post-mastectomy products. Also, check out the beautiful lounge wear and treat yourself to something beautiful.

I have shopped at high end department stores and independent lingerie stores in Canada and the U.S. and have NEVER had anyone that is as knowledgeable as Angela and Florenda when it comes to bra fitting. They have a wide selection of beautiful bras for every woman and are meticulous in making sure you walk out of their store with the bra that is perfect for you! Highly recommended!
